Which vehicle types are supported?
Taxis, buses, minibuses, shuttles and vans — plus patient-transport vehicles (Mietwagen / KTW). Relevant fields appear per vehicle type.
How do drivers enter data?
From their phone: fuel purchase with a receipt photo, shift start/stop, and — for patient transport — pickup/drop-off with a touch patient signature. It lands in the panel instantly.
Is it suitable for German Krankenfahrt?
Yes. Patients, insurance (GKV/PKV, IK number), Verordnung (Muster 4), day-based dispatch, signature/km proof, and recording externally issued invoices with their evidence chain — all included.
Is our data secure?
Each company's data is isolated (multi-tenant), with role-based access and GDPR/KVKK-compliant retention. Health data is visible to authorized staff only; drivers never see patient insurance data.
